The internet offers "too good to be true" deals if you look around. However, there is a great deal of truth in the saying "if something looks too good to be true, then it is!" Internet shops come and go with "unrepeatable offers" but often leave the customer flying in the wind when things go wrong.

All Mobility is dedicated to finding the right mobility aid for a customer and we are part of the local communities where our shops are based. We'll spend time with you to assess your mobility aids requirements and we'll be there to help you further when you may need it.

We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses to support our communities. We are also members of the British Healthcare Trades Association and fully back their Code of Conduct which is approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). This means we will ethically deal with our customers.

So we don't sell mobility aids over the internet. We don't believe that the remote way of doing business over the internet can lead to a proper assessment being undertaken to identify the right specialist mobility aid for an individual's specific needs. Neither do we believe that ongoing personal support can be provided over the internet.

We often have people popping into our shops complaining about what they've bought over the internet - usually it is because they've bought the wrong mobility aid for their individual circumstances.
